On Thursday, October 23rd at 4:30 pm, it's time to Trick-or-Treat at the Wauseon Public Library with our Candy Parade Storytime! Our True Crime Discussion group meets once a month to dissect and analyze some of the eeriest cases… This month, we will be discussing the horrific Jeffrey Dahmer. Participants are encouraged to research the case and bring their findings to the group for discussion.
